Guide 2026

Import your donation history without starting over

Switching donation platforms is scary for one simple reason: losing years of history, totals and leaderboard positions. DonoLink imports your previous donations so your dashboard, statistics and top donors leaderboard continue where you left off.

Import in four steps

  1. Export your history from your old tool, or get your StreamElements JWT token ready.
  2. Open the import in your DonoLink dashboard and choose the source.
  3. Review the preview, then start the import.
  4. Check your leaderboard and statistics, then test your alerts.

Why import before switching

Your most loyal donors care about their place on the leaderboard, and you want to compare the months before and after the switch. With imported history, the all-time leaderboard stays fair and your charts show the real trend.

The import is the memory of your channel, not the accounting of the old service: any funds still held by your old tool must be withdrawn there.

What each source provides

Available data depends on each service's export:

After the import

Check a few donations you know: amount, date and message. Then check your leaderboard and totals. If you imported alerts, open them in the editor, adjust them if needed and send a test alert. Fully custom HTML, CSS or JavaScript cannot be converted reliably.
