Video requests make a stream interactive: viewers suggest a clip or a song and you play it when it suits you. With DonoLink, requests land in a queue you manage from your dashboard; nothing plays without your approval.
The viewer opens your request page, pastes a YouTube link and sends it. It appears in the Media tab of your dashboard. You choose when to play it; the video shows in the player in your OBS scene and leaves the queue when it ends.
To avoid surprises:
Playing copyrighted music or videos can lead to takedowns under Twitch, YouTube or Kick rules. Check your platform's rules and favour content you are allowed to broadcast. Mute anything doubtful in OBS.
Video requests complement donations well: they create a shared moment. Donations trigger your alerts and move your goal. Both are managed from the same dashboard.
Tell chat when requests are open and when they are closed, for example only during a dedicated segment. Clear rules keep the queue fun and stop it from taking over the stream.
